Wild & Scenic® Film FestThe Wild & Scenic® Film Festival is one of the leading environmental festivals in the nation, serving to unite communities and encourage efforts to protect our planet. Our Tallahassee event in April 2014 will focus on aquatic and marine conservation, highlighting marine pollution, climate change, and fisheries issues. Saturday-at-the-SeaProceeds from this event will be donated to the Saturday-at-the-Sea program in the Office of Science Teaching Activities at FSU. This outreach program organizes field trips to the FSU Marine Lab for Tallahassee middle school students, promoting hands-on discovery and learning about coastal and marine ecosystems. For many students this serves as their first experience with the diversity of life in our oceans.
